Overview

This website is built to be deliberately data-minimal. No cookies are set for analytics or advertising, no tracking takes place, and no analytics or social-media services are embedded. Personal data is processed only insofar as this is technically necessary to operate the site and to provide the features you actively use.

Hosting

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the site is accessed, the host processes technically necessary connection data on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: the address requested, the date and time, the volume of data transferred, the referrer, the browser type and version, the operating system, and the IP address. This data serves the technical provision, security and stability of the site and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Fonts

The font used is served from our own server. No fonts are loaded from Google or other third parties. No connection to external servers and no transfer of your IP address to third parties takes place for this purpose.

Ask feature (AI-assisted questions)

The site offers an optional chat feature that lets you ask questions about the portfolio in your own words. When you submit a question, the text you enter is transmitted to OpenAI to generate an answer and processed there. The recipient is OpenAI Ireland Limited; processing by OpenAI, L.L.C. in the USA is possible.

Only the question text you enter is processed, together with the public portfolio content used to answer it. Please do not enter sensitive or personal data into the input field. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing this feature, which you actively trigger (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). OpenAI processes the inputs as a processor; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. OpenAI is not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer to the USA is therefore safeguarded by standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. According to OpenAI, inputs submitted via the programming interface (API) are not used to train the models; they are retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and then deleted.

To protect against misuse and excessive use, the server temporarily stores a shortened, non-reversibly processed (hashed) form of your IP address in order to limit the number of requests per network range. This value does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person and is deleted automatically after a short time. The content of your questions is not stored permanently on the server.

Storage in your browser

To make the site work, your browser's local session storage (sessionStorage) is used to retain the chat conversation during your visit and to remember that the opening overlay has already been dismissed. This information stays in your browser, is not transmitted to us or third parties, and is deleted when you close the browser tab. No consent is required for this, as the storage is strictly necessary for the features you use (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) or (b) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

With regard to your personal data you have the following rights against the controller:
